Founder Annette Blum started Shalon with a simple notion; to break bread, barriers and have conversation with each other. What she soon realized is the impact these conversation started to have beyond the dinner table. Starting in San Francisco, Shalon was build as a hybrid between Salon style meetings and Shabbat. I got to work with Annette to bring to life these conversations and produce these amazing dinners.
