NOSOTRES was a love letter carved into the dust—an altar to kinship, memory, and becoming. I moved across roles—shaping its visual language, rallying support, laying the foundation with my own hands—but the work was always in service of something bigger: a space where queer, Latinx spirits could gather and expand. What emerged in the Black Rock Desert wasn’t just an installation—it was a portal, a pulse, a reminder that we’ve always known how to build worlds together.
